Inspire 3 showing Fitbit logo, vibrates and isn't syncing

I tried connecting my Fitbit to my phone once it charged up. And my phone finds it. But then the Fitbit just vibrates. And the icon comes back then Vibrates. Like it’s in A restart cycle. But when I plug it in to restart it it just keeps vibrating. How can I make this stop? I would like to have my new Fitbit since my charge 4 is all but dead
