Inspire 3 showing heart rate spikes while sitting at work

My inspire 3 has been showing massive heart rate spikes while I’m sitting at work. It happens every day that I work, but not on my days off. My heart rate on the device will suddenly start increasing and goes all the way up to peak (180+) and stays there for some time. The amount of time differs, sometimes only a few mins but as much as 30 mins. I only notice it’s happening because it alerts me that I’m earning zone minutes.
I’m an eyelash artist, so I sit for my job and hold tweezers in each hand. I wear the device on my left arm, and it mostly holds still.
I have tried resetting the device when it happens and when it turns back on it will show a HR of around 70, but then start going back up again until it again is at peak. I have checked that it is not on too loose or too tight and that it’s resting against my skin. It doesn’t happen the whole time I’m working, but it happens at least once every day I work, usually 2-3 times so I earn around 150 zone mins per day from it. I do hold my breath or breathe irregularly a fair amount at work since my work is so tedious that I can’t breath while setting an eyelash, so perhaps this is affecting it?
I can’t find anything like this on the forum. Does anyone have an idea of what might be happening?

Good to see you participating in the community @Wanderliv.

Thank you for letting me know all these details regarding your Inspire 3. I understand your feelings, thanks for taking the time trying to find a solution.

I'm almost sure that when you hold your breath your FC will increase suddenly. Please, read the information that is in this article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
