Inspire 3 shows fake sleep stages every single night

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I use Inspire 3 a couple of weeks. I wear it 24/7, including nights. And this thing always tells not realistic sleep stages. It tells me that every single night I was awake 15 - 35 minutes in the middle of the night. But it is impossible. Why? Because I don't remember that. It's impossible wake up in the middle of the night and be awake during 35 minutes and don't remember that. I never wake up during the nights. I never go to toilet at night and I don't have a parasomnia. Only parasomnia can justify readings of my Inspire 3. But I don't have this disorder.

See at my screenshots, please.

Hi, @SunsetRunner , thanks for your comment, you might be interested in my sleep record for last night -

A good night's sleep for me. Apart from one visit to the bathroom, I do not remember the "awake" sessions - they are evaluated from movement & HR.

Have you had a look at this board?  Sleep Well - Fitbit Community you may find other people have experiences you can relate to.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

When "awake sessions" are short kinda about one minute it is okay to not remember them. Even if they happen a lot of times. But my "awake sessions" last dozens of minutes for each, not combined, for each. So it is not possible to forget them.
