Hi Everyone,
I am on my 2nd day on my inspire 3. I noticed that HR is always empty while on my wrist,
It's not in clip mode and HR is enabled as I was able to take with my fingers
. Is this normal?

Hello @Richard_11_11 and welcome to the Community. Tattoo ink and optical heart rate monitors don't get along very well. All optical heart rate monitors look for pulsations in tiny blood vessels just below the skin's surface -- the same layer where ink is deposited. I'm happy that you were able to find a sweet spot so your HR monitor works. Other users aren't so lucky.
This is a very long standing issue with all brands of fitness trackers.
