Inspire 3 side buttons not responding

I noticed this evening when I put my inspire 3 on after my bath, the side buttons are not working. I can tap the screen to turn it on, autowake is working and I have tried the restart from the device settings with no change. I also verified that the button lock is not selected and cleaned the ports and side buttons with an alcohol wipe. I tried making the vibrations strong and still nothing. Battery is 86%.
