Inspire 3 - sleep

feel free. Browse. See that Fitbit does not pay any attention to its customers. It has been many months of me and others reporting that the app will not update the sleep and reflect the tracking accurately. It is abominable that no action had been taken despite incontrovertible evidence proving the problems. I’m done. I’m done asking. I’m done begging. I’m done complaining. I’m done with Fitbit. I am just done being told that I need to follow some steps or that I just need to update the app, delete it reinstall, whatever. None of that works because no one is paying attention. The moderators do nothing, provide nothing helpful either in terms of contact or escalating a complaint. There’s not even a mechanism in place to do this. In this day and age, and particularly with the tech industry, this level of inaction is just ridiculous. I always hold out hope, even if there’s nothing to provide a foundation for it. It’s just sad to see this company, one of the first with fitness tracking and many years of success, fall to this low level. It is indeed a pity. 

ps I will update this post when/id I actually get around to finding out how many months it really has been.
