Just bought an Inspire 3. The steps on my Fitbit do not match what I find on my Fitbit account online. My Fitbit buzzed tonight to tell me I reached 10,000 steps, but online it says I only have over 7000 steps today. Anyone know why?

It sounds like your Inspire 3 is not syncing, that would explain why the step count is not updating. To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices.
