Hi @Stepht3  I recently had the same thing happen to me with my Inspire 3 and a new Samsung phone. When I checked permissions for apps on the phone setting, I made sure Fitbit was allowed to send them. It fixed the problem.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14

Hi there, @Stepht3. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 has stopped receiving notifications after upgrading your phone. We're here to help!

In addition to the steps recommended by @Odyssey13, I'd suggest making sure that your Inspire 3 is no longer connected to your old mobile device as this might be preventing your Fitbit device to receive notifications from your new phone.

With that being said, please follow the steps below in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Inspire 3 from your old phone's Bluetooth and also from the new phone.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Inspire 3 again.
  • Set up notifications on your Inspire 3 again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
