Inspire 3 stopped receiving notifications after the Fitbit app update

Hello,

The day before yesterday, Samsung installed a new system update (which is totally nuts), and since then, I have not been receiving any phone notifications on my Fitbit Inspire 3.

My phone sound is on, and I check in the Fitbit app if every setting is the same, and it is. I'm not sure where the problem is coming from.

Hi, @FromJolien, welcome. When we receive updates to our cellphones or Fitbit devices, sometimes basic settings are disturbed. In addition, there was a problem with Fitbit servers Yesterday, but it now appears to be working again.

May I suggest you review the settings in your Fitbit app again? Touch the icon in the top left of the "Today" screen>Inspire 3>notifications>turn off "Mirror in your phone">select calls slider to "on">check the messages, calendar,& emails are as you want. As I do not know how you've got your phone set up, I suggest you leave it like this unless you are confident you have the phone settings as you wish.

If you are still stuck, I suggest you delete the Fitbit app & reload it. It seems to be important that before reloading the Fitbit app you restart your phone. Before you delete, make sure you sync (If you can).
