Inspire 3 stopped receiving notifications

Where do I find this now? I can’t figure it out and my watch has stopped receiving them for no reason and I’m trying g to reactivate it.

Hi there, @julesjmj. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Inspire 3 has stopped receiving notifications. We'll do our best to help you to sort this out!

Have you tried what @Talahthas recommended? Is the issue solved? Are you still having issues? If you're, I'd recommend checking whether your Inspire 3 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
