Wear my Fitbit inspire 3 for less than 3months, then it stop showing the screen and battery is draining fast and becomes rubbish..
For fitbit customer service, it is even worst they will ask you to charge + restart by holding the side button but screen will never show.. and act like they will send you a replacement.
but trust me u will never get it because they will start blaming system got problem saying that can't receive your request through system
Until you find it out complaint to customer service again, they will ask you email them the correct address and finally they fill in with a non existent address.. when you look for customer service again, they will say can't change address then end the chat immediately.

Hi @Cindycccc did Fitbit say they were going to send you a replacement? You need to be under warranty and follow the directions of customer support. When did you last get with them and what did they say? There are times they need to check with higher up support in order to let you know what is being done.

fitbit promised that they will send me my replacement as I'm still within warranty period (bought it on November 2022)!
But they keeps on sending to the wrong address!!! And I look for customer service...they say they can't change the address! Then end the chat!!
