I tried to update my inspire 3 this morning and ever since it is not syncing with my phone. I have tried force stopping the app, restarting Bluetooth, restarting my phone ( android) and find my phone nothing is working. Any ideas? It did say it was unable to complete the update but now wont let me update?

Hi there, @grdnia. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 stopped syncing after the update. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
As per the description of your post, it seems like your Inspire 3 ran out of battery while trying to complete the update. When updating your device, we advise making sure that your Fitbit is charged since updates may take more than one hour to complete and that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app on your phone. If you haven't done so yet, please try charging your Inspire 3. Once you make sure it's fully charged, please try updating your device once again. If you can't update your Fitbit, see Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
If you continue having syncing difficulties after trying the above, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

@grdnia Thanks for getting back and for letting me know that your Inspire 3 was on the charger during the update.
To better assist you, may I know if your device's screen is blank or it's just not syncing at this point? If your device is blank, please try restarting it by following these steps. If the restart doesn't work, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If the above doesn't describe your issue and your Inspire 3 is just not syncing, please let me know if you've tried the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article as suggested above.

Best AnswerThink im just going to cancel my premium subscription and search for a new device because you guys are not giving me anything new to do or offering a solution that is working. From everything I'm seeing the update is the issue and y'all really need to fix that. Really sucks that I have to find something else because I've loved my experiences up till now with all my fitbit devices.
Best AnswerMaking a second post because first is no longer getting any replies. On Monday my fitbit said there was an update so I plugged it into the charger and left it to update next to my phone ( also charging) came back said it couldnt update but wouldn't give me option to try again. Then I discovered it was no longer syncing to my phone. Did find my phone many times didn't work. Turned off and on the phone several times now. Restarted my fitbit app. Removed and reinstalled fitbit app. Turned off and on bluetooth. Bluetooth says to work there must be an app for the inspire 3 I have the app installed so what the heck?
I've been very happy with my fitbits but this has me frustrated abd looking at other options. No one seems to have an answer for me. And it seems this latest update has cause many problems for many people .
What will fix my issue?
