Known, annoying issue.
I have found that the best way to recover from that is to delete the app, restart the phone, perform a factory reset on the device, reinstall the app, and then set the device up again.

Hi there, @Leb45. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 stopped syncing. We're here to help you! I'm pleased to hear you managed to solve the issue @Bill_209. Thank you for taking the time to share the steps that worked for you.
If the recommendations provided by @Bill_209 don't work, please try the following in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

@MarreFitbit , can you confirm that V4.15 of the Android app will be released on April 24, as another user reported on this forum?
