My inspire 3 hasn't synced with my chromebook since Thurs. 5/16/24 evening. I am typing this on Sun. 5/19/24. Is there something I can do to get it corrected?
TIA

Hi @Atrooper the Chromebook doesn't have a real version of the Android system and there isn't anything that can be done to change that. It used to be we could sync via a Windows computer, but that has been removed, too.

Hi there, @Atrooper. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 has stopped syncing with your Chromebook. We're here to help!
As @Odyssey13 has mentioned, the Fitbit app for computers has been discontinued and it's now required to have a compatible mobile device to set up and sync your Fitbit device. For more details about the compatibility requirements, click here.

Sync with the phone app. The Web Dashboard will display what's on the Fitbit server.
