Inspire 3 stopped tracking heart rate and sleep

I’ve had the inspire 3 less than 1 week after my inspire 2 broke.  It stopped tracking sleep & heartrare.  I tried resetting & have checked apps all set correctly.  How can I fix this?

Hi, @Dolce23 , are the green light on the back flashing?  have you checked to see if it is accidentally set to “on clip” instead of “on wrist”?  From the clock screen on your Inspire 3 swipe down to check this.  Tap to toggle between on wrist and on clip.

I learned that the tattoo on my wrist blocks the signal. Moving it off of the tattoo fixed the issue

Tattoos seriously are an issue with these devices? That's ridiculous! Never thought of that... my whole wrist and forearm is tattooed.. maybe I'll try the other arm??
