My Inspire 3 has stopped tracking SpO2 levels. It now says I need a separate app, but there is no app for my device. I assume it's an app update. Google is ruining fitbit.

Same is happening to me; it expects me to download an app... there IS a button to install the app in Fitbit, but it doesn't work- says watch needs to be running a specific version- My inspire 3 is updated so I don't know what's going on. 😑 Very annoy.
