Inspire 3: Heart rate and zone minutes no longer tracking. Reset at least three times and tracking on wrist not clip. Worked yesterday. Send tracker back for refund??

Hello @disappointment and welcome to the Community. Please check one other place. Go to the Settings app on the Inspire 3 (swipe down on the screen) and make sure Heart Rate is toggled to On. If it's off, I don't know how it could happen without your knowledge, but weird stuff happens. If it's On and your green LEDs aren't working, please contact Support for more help.
