Since 4/16/24 no HRV calculations on my Inspire 3.  Have adjusted the band, washed it.  Also no longer tracking breathing rate.

My wife is on her third Inspire 3 device in less than two months with the same issue.  No HRV or Breating Rate heart metrics and no detailed sleep cycle graphs; just basic sleep results.

None of the Customer Service troubleshooting steps worked to resolve the issue, so getting a replacement device is the only solution to this issue that I am aware of.

My Inspire 3 works just fine, so I have no idea what is going on with those bad devices.
