I have looked on the forum and tried everything, even though it says my watch has the setting app on it, it does not. I have only had this watch a very short time. Worked great at first. After update will not read my heart rate. My husband even tried it and it would not read his either. First issue I have had ever, been using fitbit for a really long time.

This issue appears to be caused by the latest App 4.34 software update, because Inspire 3 and Charge 6 users are both reporting the issue.
One of the moderators suggested doing this to.resolve the issue and it reportedly worked.
