Hello! Was wondering if anyone has dealt with this before. As of Saturday, my app was showing my sleep score and Awake, Rem, Light, and Deep. Now, it’s not showing a sleep score and only showing Awake, Restless, and Asleep. Can anyone help?

Hi, @konikbo2 welcome to the community, I recommend deleting the Fitbit app on your phone & reloading it. The belt & braces process is as follows - First sync your Inspire 3 to your Fitbit app to ensure all your data is properly transferred and then go into the Fitbit app in the phone settings, force stop > clear storage & cache > uninstall the app. Go to your phone connection status & "Forget" the Inspire 3 > restart your phone. Now reload the Fitbit app from the Playstore or App Store and set it up again logging in with your Google account. Pair the Inspire 3 with the app. You may find this article of interest What's sleep score in the Fitbit app? - Fitbit Help Center .
I hope this helps, please post here again & let us know how you get on.
Cheers

Hi there, @konikbo2. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 stopped tracking your sleep score. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. With that being said, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:
