For the past week or so, I have lost the display on my Inspire 3. Yes, I was on vacation and did wear it into the pool, but it was only for short periods of time. aftyer several days I could not open the display. I tried double tapping and pressing the side buttons to no avail. For a few days after that I was still getting my sleep hours, and could read my steps on my phone app, but now I still get the steps, but no sleep info and when I try to forget the devise, there is no "i" on my bluetooth screen, it just says that it is connected. I have had the Inspire 3 for about 7 or 8 months

Hi there, @BobP1946. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is unresponsive. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, may I know if your Fitbit device has condensation inside the screen? If your device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on.
Would you mind confirming that you restarted your Inspire 3 by following these steps?

there is no condensation inside the screen. The screen is blank, but I can get my results on the app. In frustration, I am back to using my old Fitbit Charge 5 until this gets figured out.

Hi, @BobP1946, welcome. For clarity, may I review the restarting process for the Inspire 3?
If, after a few attempts, you are still unable to bring your device to life, you should consider your position under Fitbit's returns & warranty policy here - File a warranty claim for your Fitbit device - Fitbit Help Centre Note - swimming with your Inspire 3 is unlikely to be a problem, I'm a daily swimmer & wear my Inspire 3 (an other devices) every time. Recovery under the claims policy excludes accidental damage and depends on where, when & from whom you bought your device.
Good luck.
Cheers
