Hi,
Sometimes my watch stop my step counting and after few seconds it’s start again, that’s why i can’t track my exact step count.

Hi @Indr35 It is normal for not all the steps your Tracker counts to show on the screenone at a time. The display tends to jump from one total to another a few steps higher and then again, etc rather than counting one step at a time in the display, though the tracker is counting all the steps. Does this answer your question, or are you saying you tracker is a lot steps out at the end of the day? If that is the case, then try Restarting your tracker . Please come back if you continue to have problems

Hi there, @Indr35. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Fitbit device. We're here to help!
If the restart recommended by @NellyG doesn't work, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
I've moved your post to the Inspire 3 board for organization purposes.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

My problem with the way the Fitbit tracks steps is that it DOES NOT count steps it counts ARM SWINGS!! So when I am walking in the cold with my hands in my pockets no arm swings so no steps are counted. When pushing a cart through Costco for an hour no steps are counted. Carrying bags of groceries up 4 flights of stairs no steps are counted

But I can walk in place and just swing my arms and it counts as step! 🙄

@CarlynJarosch All wrist worn trackers are just that - wrist worn. They primarily count arm swings as the arm swings with the step, but they also respond to foot fall vibrations to a certain extent. So I is normal for wrist worn trackers to not count steps when the arms aren't moving. I know it is annoying but if you are mostly interested in the step count then put the tracker in your pocket or similar when you won't be moving your arms and it will count fine. I wear a bum bag (fanny pack) and when I am shopping with a cart I put my tracker in there and it counts fine.
If you are walking in place then that IS steps so it should count them.
