During an exercise workout session, whether recording a spin session or a run, I will check my progress during the exercise session and find that the session on the watch has quit and returned to the home clock face and all my exercise metrics lost for that time period.
This has also occurred when using the Timer, suddenly the timer has quit, and I am back at the home clock face.
Any ideas why this is happening?
Anything to do with the software update?

Hi there, @Hanns03. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Inspire 3 is stopping working during your workout sessions. I will do my best to help you with this!
Note that you might unintentionally press the button on your watch when you bend your wrist. This may happen during activities such as a workout that require you to move your wrist a lot. Since there's no way to lock your Inspire 3 during workouts, please try wearing your watch higher on your wrist to avoid hitting the button. For tips on how to wear your watch, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?

Thank you for your response and suggestion.
I do not believe I am unintentionally pressing the buttons as the watch has been working perfectly for the previous 8 months and I have not change any of my routine or workout style.
I unfortunately lost all my workout session again this morning. The watch went back to home screen in-between a workout when I was having a short rest period.
The fact that the timer is not working correctly and the morning alarm also requiring 2-3 times to dismiss it is a concern.

I'm having the same issue. I can't find any fixes.

I am currently communicating with Fitbit and have gone through all the protocols of reseting the watch and still am having the same issues.
