My inspire 3 randomly got stuck on the logo and won't respond to anything

Hi, @MyLightOri , when this happens it sounds like the Fitbit has tried to restart but the restart is not completed. The best solution is to force a restart which should re-set everything back to normal and your Fitbit should be operating as normal again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
