My fitbit randomly started displaying the logo and will not display anything else, even when it dies I charge it and it goes back to displaying the logo. I cannot restart it and it isn't even connected to my app. How do I fix this issue?

Hi, @MyLightOri welcome, to restart your Inspire 3 How do I restart my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center provides guidance & advice. Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? - Fitbit Help Center advises on charging issues, in my experience, you may need to leave an exhausted device on charge for 60 minutes before you see a sign of life. If your Inspire 3 was previously paired with the Fitbit app on your phone, once charged you should see a battery % value in the top left corner of the today screen. Try changing the clock face via the Fitbit app on your phone, this sometimes resolves these issues, you can always go back to your favoured clock face later.

Hi there, @MyLightOri. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is stuck on the Fitbit logo despite the steps you've tried prior to posting here. We're here to help you! Thanks for your help @Gr4ndp4!

Since your Inspire 3 is stuck on the Fitbit logo only, I'd recommend trying the steps below in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
