Inspire 3 stuck on a phone icon with a line through it

Display show what looks like a battery (rectangle) with a line through it. I thought it meant the battery was low. But it is bot. What does that symbol mean? How do I get rid of it?

Hi there, @Robo1446. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Please note that the icon you're seeing is a phone with a line through it. Please note that this is a new implementation on the Fitbit Inspire 3.

This icon means that your Inspire 3 is out of your phone's Bluetooth range. As soon as your Inspire 3 gets back near the phone, the icon will disappear. For troubleshooting tips, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
