My Fitbit will not turn on or sync to my phone. I have tried all the tips but nothing is working. The :cross_mark: is still appearing on screen. I believe it is a software issue and the watch is only 1 month old

@Caihla ,

At this point in time, you can try completing a Factory Reset of the device and if that doesn't recover it, then return it for a replacement under the Factory 1-year warranty.

Just sync your device to upload all the latest data first.

  • Use phone settings to unpair the Inspire 3 device from the phone
  • Uninstall the app
  • Restart your phone
  • Put the Inspire 3 device into the charging cradle, confirm that it is charged to at least 30%, and then press/hold the two side buttons for at least 10 seconds
  • Confirm that the Inspire 3 is displaying a Fitbit logo and a message to download the app
  • Confirm that your phone has an Inspire 3 device showing up as an available BT device for pairing
  • Reinstall the app
  • Complete the device setup
