Inspire 3 stuck on a red X

Bare with me as this is kind of long. So yesterday afternoon my Fitbit suddenly started displaying a red circle with an x and it would not do anything. I put it on the charger and the x went away it charged like normal. Put it back on it worked for maybe an hour then the red x appeared again and shortly after the screen went blank. It vibrated but wasn't showing anything. I put it on charger again said it was fully charged so I did the needed update that appeared in the app. Once the update completed I removed it from the charger and noticed the screen keeps glitching and getting frozen, it will also not respond to me tapping the screen. I have restarted it multiple times via the hard restart while it's plugged in. I also have changed the clock face to see if that works. It is paired and syncing to my phone and registering data but the screen will not move when I tap it. On its own it is randomly vibrating and turning on do not disturb as well as auto wake. Any insight would be helpful. This was bought in December so not even a year old yet.

hI, @Kmanoni, Welcome. As your Inspire 3 is less than a year old, you have the benefit of Fitbit's warranty.  File a warranty claim for your Fitbit device - Fitbit Help Center. Note this does not cover damage, and it has to have been bought from an authorised dealer.

Unfortunately it was bought off of Amazon and not an authorized seller I just learned that Fitbit cannot do anything and I'm basically out of luck now. But thank you for taking the time to reply.
