Inspire 3 stuck on message "To start download the Fitbit app"

My Inspire 3 is stuck on the download Fitbit Mobile app screen.  

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone.  I have disconnected the Bluetooth and reconnected it. 

I have done a hard reset on my Fitbit.  I've tried to do any required updates, but they just "fail" and ask me to try again later ... I'm at a loss as to what I should do next.  Please help!

Hi, @LRT-bee, welcome to the community. There was a Fitbit service interruption yesterday, but it now seems to be resolved. Try deleting the Fitbit app & reloading it again. Restart your phone before reloading.
