My Inspire 3 has trouble syncing first thing in the morning. It syncs fine at other times of the day. If I keep trying to sync, it usually finally syncs after 4 or 5 times (20 to 25 minutes later) The sync bar shows it syncs a little further with each successive try. I have more recently found if I turn my iPhone off and back on, it usually syncs fine. What can be causing the morning only sync issues? I shouldn’t have to turn my iPhone off and on every morning to sync. As I said, it syncs just fine any other time of the day.

Hi, @Deb12345 , it may be that when you are trying to sync that the Fitbit servers are particularly busy.
You should not need to to turn your phone off in order to force a sync. If “sync now” in the app does not prompt an immediate sync, simply logging out of the Fitbit app should do it. But please make sure you know your Fitbit registered email and password so that you can log back in again!
I hope this helps. Welcome to the forums!
