As soon as my “premium” trial ended my Inspire 3 started taking for ever to sync. It doesn’t do it automatically anymore and I don’t even get the heart rate or other health data anymore. What a waste. Last Fitbit for me.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the syncing of your Inspire 3.
My best recommendation would be to check this article and follow the steps under 'Fitbit devices', I'm positive those steps will help you to improve this situation.
