Inspire 3 tells me it needs an app installed

Yesterday, my SPO2 measured as expected.  Today, it tells me it needs an app installed.  This has been going on for a while now.  Some days it works, some days it tells me I need software.

Suddenly, my Inspire3 told me I needed to install the SPO2 app.  Then, when I went I er to Apps, I was informed that the SPO2 app is not available for my device!  Is this an update issue?  I thought this was a pre installed device feature?
