Somehow I bumped something that started the stopwatch. I got that turned off. However, now the display text that was red is now green. How do I get the red te t back?

In the Fit Bit app on your phone, tap the symbol in the upper left that shows your battery level. On the next page, click on the Inspire 3 device. At the bottom of the following page you should see a button for watch faces on the left side of the screen just above the settings for notifications, preferences, etc.. Tap the watch face button. At the top of the next page there’s a ribbon where you can choose Inspire 3, Clocks or Apps. Under Inspire 3 it looks like you can customize your current watch face to change the color. Under Clocks there are a whole bunch of different clock faces you can choose. Hope that helps!

Hi @DaleRae and welcome back to the community.
I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that now the display text that was red is now green.
I'll be happy to suggest you some tips.
Could you please verify the color theme of your clock face? To adjust the settings of a clock face, tap the installed clock face and then Settings.
You can also take a look into the clock face's change help article here: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Thank you for your response. However, there is nothing under settings about color themes. I had already viewed the article you referenced. It is for Fitbit Sense and Versa. The icon it says to click on is not available on the Inspire 3.

Thank you for your response. I actually did find that setting later and was able to change the color. Unfortunately, red is no longer an option. The color choices are green, orange and purple. Green is the default. I chose orange. I still would prefer red, but either orange or purple is better than green.
