My inspire 3 is not recording my sleep anything like accurately. Gives me about 2 hours when I’ve slept reasonably well. I wake up feeling refreshed - until I see that Inspire 3 has credited me with under 2 hours. Gave up consulting Support even before takeover by google, as following their instructions wasted a lot of time and didn’t solve my problems. Shall stop checking sleep statistics on fitbit, as it just makes me feel tired! When Inspire 3 eventually dies I shall NOT get another Fitbit. They used to be so good, but that time has sadly passed.

I'm having the same issue. Since the update, I can only see stats on the latest period of sleep and not a combined total. I don't sleep particularly well and I found the cumulative total quite useful

Hi @Nicky.al . Welcome back to the community.
Good to see you participating for the first time @Smithy17 .
Thank you for sharing the details regarding this inconvenience with your Inspire 3 and for trying to fix it on your own.
I'd recommend to sync your Inspire 3 to the app after waking up. This will help to make sure that all your data is sync properly.
Please note that your time asleep is calculated by subtracting your time spent awake and restless from your overall tracked sleep time. For example, if you slept 8 hours but woke up 2 times for 15 minutes each, your time asleep would be 7 hr 30 min.
Additionally, keep in mind when your body is completely at rest and you haven’t moved for about an hour, your Fitbit device records that you’re asleep. For more information, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
To learn more about your time asleep in sleep stages, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
In addition, make sure that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app: How do I use the Fitbit app?

None of that helps. So many things have been wrong with the latest change. They need to fix it.

I am 2 weeks in and have followed all instructions to a T, only records my data perhaps every 3 nights. This device is wildly inconsistent regarding sleep which is why I bought it. HUGE waste of my money and I am very disappointed. My device ?

I’ve had the same issues since the upgrade to 194.91. The sensitivity setting is set for “normal” but the stats are way off. It says I went to sleep at 1:24 am when I actually went to bed around 10:00 and slept soundly. Before the upgrade the stats were pretty accurate. I do not sleep walk. I do sync it when I first get up. Sure looks like a bug.

Same here. I can go to bed at 10pm and get up at 530am and it tells me I have 6 hours of sleep. Every once in awhile, it records two separate sleep episodes with an hour missing in the middle of the night. Checked for steps and was reassured that I had not bee sleep walking.

the slelep function is recording sleep data when i am sitting at the computer with thedevice in my pocket. on the old dashboard i used to be able toremove that data and keep the real sleep period which of course changes sleep time. on the app i evidently can't delete the one sleep time andkeep the real one. i tried today and it deleted both periods even tho i only told it to delete the one at the computer. so now there's no sleep data for today. did i do something wrong. as you can tell we hate th iese changes. there was no need for changes and no need to get rid of the dashboard. it just made everything so much easier.
