Hi, my Fitbit inspire 3 is 8 days old. It’s my 5th Fitbit. It randomly vibrates gently even when I’m asleep and wakes me up a couple of times in the night. I’ve tried resetting it, and all reminders to move etc are turned off. Any suggestions on what to do, or do I have a dodgy Fitbit. Appreciate any advice you can give me.

Hi there, @TattyC. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 wakes you up during your sleep. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
By any chance are you seeing a message on your Fitbit device's screen when it starts vibrating? Have you caught your Inspire 3 displaying "Look Alive"? If you have, this message is part of your alarms and it seems like you have Smart Wake feature enabled. Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. For more information, see How do I set an alarm on my Fitbit device?
As a friendly reminder, know that the alarms and timers you set with Alexa are separate from those you set in the Alarms app or Timer app. For more information, see How do I use a voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Thank you for trying to help. I think the issue was due to the band being too firm on my wrist pushing on the side buttons. I have loosened it a bit and it seems to have mostly solved the issue.
