My Inspire 3 is stuck with a white X and a red circle around it.
Tried (found the steps in another topic):
- In the Fitbit app, touch your profile picture, touch your Fitbit device and click 'Sync Now'. This will help you synchronize it.
It wont sync. - Restart your Inspire 3 by following the steps here.
The device i noneresponsive. It vibrates when connected to a computer or charger (like it usually does) but I cant access it (move the screen).
How do I resolve this?

Hi, @DennisFarn welcome to the community, Remember you can sync by sliding your finger down the Today screen & releasing it on your mobile phone. The timing you use to hold the buttons is important and you must wait for the vibration before releasing them. Can you provide more information? How long have you had your Inspire 3?, Which mobile phone are you using (make, model & OS)?
