Mine won't charge any more. Can anyone help? I've tried cleaning the pins.

Hi, @Norinne1, welcome to the community, you may find this article of interest Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? In my experience, you may need to have your Inspire 3 connected to a live USB socket for at least 60 minutes before you see signs of life.
You can check the state of charge of your Inspire 3 in the Fitbit app on your phone if you have been able to sync it.
Let us know how you get on and if you can provide any additional information that will help us move you forward.

Hi, @Norinne1, thanks for your feedback. On the basis, that you have had your Inspire 3 connected to a live USB socket overnight without any sign of life and are not able to sync it with the Fitbit app on your phone you should talk to "Customer Support" using the phone or chat facility for a prompt response. It's a good idea to note the steps you have taken and the results before you call so you can brief the agent clearly and allow them to focus on your problem. You do not mention how long you have had your Inspire 3, you may still have the benefit of Fitbit's warranty depending on where & when you bought it. The agent will need this information if you are to make a claim under the warranty.

Hi, @Norinne1, did you talk the "Customer Support" as I suggested? I'm not aware of a repair service for Fitbit devices, "Customer Support" is your best bet.
