Inspire 3 won't charge to 100%

Hi, I just bought my fitbit inspire 3. I charged it twice and both times the battery charge to 99% but won't go to 100%. Is that normal?

@Daph.d here is a Help Article about restarting your Fitbit. I would give that a try before you charge your Fitbit again. It's not really a problem though. My Fitbit only charges to 99% sometimes too.

If I may offer some unsolicited advice, fully charging to 100% is hard on a battery. In order to improve longevity of your device, it is recommended only to charge batteries to 80% and not let them drain below 20 to 30%.
