Inspire 3 won't connect to my Zflip 3

I got the Inspire 3 this year and can't get it to pair, it just keeps saying it detects the device and then it justs keeps trying to pair infinitely. I've tried every suggestion I've found on the help forums and that the app itself has suggested. I have a zflip 3 if maybe the phone itself is the problem.

Hi, @oldenkafe, welcome to the community, you may find this video useful. You will see the process in real time, for some reason, it takes a little longer than we might expect. The next time you reach the pairing failed message try pressing the cancel button & waiting a moment or two. In the past, I've sometimes found this works. I know there have been issues pairing Samsung z/flip phones in the past, so make sure your phone and the Fitbit app are fully updated.

I hope this helps but if you are still stuck I recommend you talk to "Customer Support" using the phone or chat facility for a prompt response. Before you make your call make a note of the steps you have taken and the result, note when & where you bought your Inspire 3 as you will be covered by the "Warranty" provided you got it from an approved seller. If you are still within the return window of your seller that would also offer an alternative way forward subject to local legislation.
