No longer connects to my iPhone. Could never get the update to firmware. Not even a year old. My Alta lasted forever.
How do I get a refund? What is the plan for replacing these?

Hi there, @Defender2803. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is not properly syncing to your iPhone. I understand where your concern is coming from as you didn't have this issue with your Alta. I will do my best to help you with this.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
