My new Pixel pro 8 cannot find/pair to my Inspire 3. My old Motorola has no problem. But the Pixel is an absolute bum for pairing. I've reinstalled the app, turned Bluetooth on and off, basically followers the online help. Still no good. Time to dump Fitbit?

I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is still not pairing with your new phone. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, please make sure you've tried all troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
If the troubleshooting steps don't work, as our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Inspire 3. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
With the above being said, please sync your Luxe and then, proceed with the steps below in the order listed:
Once the above has been done, you can now proceed to set up your Inspire 3 again by following the steps provided here How do I set up my Fitbit device?
