My Inspire 3 won't connect to my phone.
My fitbit has not been syncing for the last couple of weeks, and the time on it has been off by 5 minutes. I tried multiple things to get it to resync including restarting the fitbit, turning the bluetooth off and on, and restarting my phone. I finally disconnected my fitbit from the app and uninstalled the app from my phone. I then turned the bluetooth off again and turned my phone off again. I turned my phone back on and turned the bluetooth back on, and reinstalled the app on my phone. When I went into the app to reconnect the inspire 3 to my phone it will not reconnect. It gets to the four digit code input and then it stops. I have used the live chat and talked to multiple people who have not been able to help me, I have also called and talked to multiple people who can't help me and tell me they need to refer me to another department but I never hear back from anyone. How can I get my inspire 3 to connect and work correctly? or get someone in customer service who can actually help me?

Well, good luck getting any help from CS.😖 I have been trying for werks to get help and all I get are repeated suggestions to wear it on a different wrist or other dumb things, when it is obviously a software issue.
I am thinking that Fitbit have stopped caring because they are running it down.
My Fitbit is completely useless now. It won't record heart rate properly. It doesn't show sleep data in detail like it used to, and now mine isn't showing any sleep data at all.😢
