All of sudden inspire has went to 10 charge to won't even stay charged 2 days.

Hi, @Rclose , welcome to the community, you may be interested in these articles Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  and Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? 

You do not mention how long you have had your Inspire 3, if more than 18 months or so there is an increasing possibility the battery is not as good as new. Depending on where & when you bought your Inspire 3 you may still have the benefit of Fitbit's warranty
