I got an Inspire 3 a few days ago. It doesn’t remind me to move or give me any notification upon reaching a goal.
I’ve tried restarting it, forgetting it on my phone on Bluetooth, repairing it, restarting my phone. Sleep mode is off, DND mode is off. It’s really annoying. Do the Inspire 3’s just not do this or is it faulty?

Hi, @CJGx3 , sending reminders to move and a goal celebration is definitely something your Inspire 3 is designed to do.
Reminders to Move: this must be set up in the app and your Fitbit also must be set to receive notifications from Fitbit. On your app, from the opening screen (the “Today” screen) click on the person photo/icon to go to the account screen. On the account screen click on Inspire 3 and tap on Reminders to Move. Make sure this is set to On, and you have chosen the days and hours you wish to receive these reminders.
Next use the back arrow top left to return to the previous screen and choose notifications. Choose app notifications and make sure notifications from Fitbit is checked/ticked.
If everything is correct and you still don’t receive reminders to move (RTM) then try turning off reminders to move, syncing your Fitbit, then turning them back on and syncing again. Note that any hour you have already taken 250 steps you will not receive this reminder.
For your goal celebration notification: return to the Inspire 3 screen and check that you have selected your desired main goal (it can be steps, distance, calories or active zone minutes). Then return to the account screen (use the back arrow) and select “Daily activity”. There you can set your goals for all the activities. When you reach your goal you should feel a slight buzz and see a celebration on your wrist when you reach this goal (you can only receive the celebration for achieving your main goal). Tip: to check whether you are receiving your celebration, try temporarily setting your goal (eg steps) quite low and watch for the celebration.
Always be sure to sync your Fitbit whenever you make any changes or the changes will not be reflected on your wrist.
If you have tried all these steps and it still does not seem to be working, please post again confirming whether your Fitbit is receiving any notifications (calls or texts, for example) and letting us know whether you use an Android or iPhone.
I hope this helps. Let us know how it goes. Welcome to the forums!

I have the same problem.
The inspire 3 does not give me 75% mark reminder like it should. On the fb or on my phone. Everything is turned on.
Had a 2 week case with support. Not working.
Let's see if the replacement has the same problem.

And it's not just the 75% mark... it 100% and HR notifications as well. Something is not right.

Just had the word from fitbit today.
Even though the app provides the setting Inspire 3 does not support the 75%, 100% or 125% goal notifications on phone.
Only 100% is supported on the device. 75% and 125% are not supported at all.

Btw... I should add I don't accept this outcome and have raised a formal complaint with fb over the 4 weeks wasted on the support channel trying to get something to work that was never going to work. The fitbit support process seems to be dysfunctional.
