Hi there, @BillinNoVA. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is not pairing with your iPhone 14. I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, I was wondering if you switched phones recently? Have you always used the iPhone 14? Did you recently experience syncing issues?

In addition to the steps you've done, I'd recommend trying the following:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Hi Marre: Appreciate your reply.

I have used the iPhone 14 for over a year. Inspire 3 showed up as a device immediately and paired accurately.

Trouble began about one week ago. I just moved the Fitbit app to my Google account, which at least made the steps show accurately.  Inspire 3 still does not show as paired.

I believe I have done all the steps indicated above.  Inspire 3 still does not show as paired.  Occasionally I get a message on the iPhone that "Inspire 3 has lost Buetooth pairing. Forget the device and restart the pairing when it shows." Done. No change.  Help!

Hi Marre,

Well, at least for now, I am paired!  Followed all the steps outlined above.  Will be in touch to let you know how it goes!
