Hi there, @Sooka13. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is not receiving notifications. I will do my best to help you with this!

My text also did not come through on the Fitbit inspire 3 watch. I tried restarting the watch, unpairing, restarting the iPhone 6-8 times during the week and followed the directions on how to do it all over again. Still no notifications on my watch. Is this hopeless? Did anyone’s watch actually show text notifications? Should I just buy a Samsung instead?
