I’ve been using my new Inspire 3 for five days paired with my iPhone 13 running the latest iOS.

The FitBit receives notifications for phone calls, WhatsApp, Outlook, and Teams messages (so third party), but no matter what settings I toggle, I cannot get my FitBit to receive text messages. I have checked settings in the FitBit app (on), settings in the iPhone (share system notifications on, focus and DND off), and tried restarting both, deleting the FitBit app and reinstalling.

Clearly the general pairing works since I am getting most types of notifications. Anything else I am missing about the particular push from Messages to Fitbit? Where do I go from here?

I hope someone has an answer. I have the same issue. I think it’s a phone setting as if I connect to my daughter’s Inpire HR, still the same result. However, she receives all notifications on her Inspire HR. So it seems to be a phone setting somewhere and not a Fitbit setting from what I can find. I have followed all the instructions I can find to set and reset and still no changes.
