Hello! So, there was an update on the inspire 3 as well as other devices. Earlier today my brother updated his and now has all 35 exercises. However, I have checked again and again on the Fitbit app and there is no pink update button! I am one or two versions behind. I know you cannot force an update and it comes in phases but it has been nine weeks since the update came out so how long will it take? I have updated the app, removed and added the device and factory reset we it! Please help!

@Bramble13 there really isn't anything you can do to get the app to update. Updates come to people randomly. Some people get it on the first day and others end up waiting longer. I don't have the most recent version either. I keep checking, but it hasn't come to me yet.

Two months does seen a bit long to me though. Any idea how much longer it tends to take?

Is this why I can't change my clock face? Any that I try to choose say Not Available, and the only guidance is that the app has to be up-to-date on both the phone and the device.
I only got my Inspire 3 today - to replace a Charge 2 with a broken display - and have updated the Fitbit app on my phone, but there's no update showing for the device.
