Inspire 3 won't record exercise or stairs anymore

I bought an Inspire 3 in November.  It has stopped recording my exercise.  I walk daily and go up and down stairs 10+ times a day.  Doesn't show on device, android app, or website.  Device screen is so sensitive, scrolling shuts it down.  What a waste of money.  Never had challenges with my Fitbit Charge 3
