Followed all the guides. Hours wasted. Such basic functionality, really disappointed with the device.
I went overseas, clock synced, came home, and it won't change back. No options in settings are available. The guides are either wrong, or, following the steps fixes nothing. Restarts, resyncs, settings on and off, still the wrong clock. Last thing to do is a factory reset.
What a crap device and overall experience.

Hi there, @fbuser432123. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is not showing the correct time. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Since the issue is not solved yet despite the steps you tried, please confirm that your Inspire 3 is syncing. If so, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Same here. The clock is now on the right time zone finally, but for the last week my step totals are wrong on the device and front page of the app, but correct within the app's "steps" page. I can't believe I'm paying for this crap service.
